PPC Manager (Brighton-Hybrid) - £38k-£45k DOE

WHO ARE WE?

We are Prolific 10, a PPC and content marketing agency based in the heart of Brighton that is focused on driving tangible results for our clients.

We will be up-front; we are a small team, but we are growing quickly. We think this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic PPC expert to play a key role in shaping our paid media division, to help us to become better, and to help drive our growth (and to reap the rewards of that!)

It is crucial that you are well-versed working in an agency environment – with more than three years of experience in account management, client comms, paid media and paid social, to help build and shape an industry-leading client offering.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As our Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategies and performance for a portfolio of clients. You will cover the planning, optimisation, and analysis of your accounts. You will work closely with our Directors to ensure we are creating the best campaigns possible and building strong client relationships. We envisage you building and leading a team as we continue to win new clients.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY…

-P&L responsibility for all PPC accounts
-Perform in-depth PPC analysis, actioning findings to help maximise ROI
-Identify new opportunities and optimise performance
-Strategic planning and forecasting for all PPC accounts in line with market trends and client objectives for both eCommerce and Lead Generation campaigns
-Increase CTR, quality score, conversions, conversion rates and decrease CPC
-Perform routine account maintenance and optimisation through campaign, keyword, and ad copy analysis
-Maintain a proactive approach to ad copy and landing page testing to improve conversion rate
-Keyword research/Competitor analysis
-Ensure best practices and new developments are in place across all accounts
-Communicate to management on project development, timelines, and results
-Keep up to date with search & PPC related trends and industry developments
-Create reports for clients and management
-Day-to-day client communications, fostering strong relationships
-Lead client meetings
-Support junior members of the team with training across PPC and Paid Social
-Produce training materials and training sessions as needed
-Work closely with Directors and content/editorial team
-Assist with new business development pitches where required

SKILLS REQUIRED…

-3+years' agency experience
-An in-depth knowledge of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads (Search, Display and Performance Max)
-An in-depth knowledge of Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
-Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
-Experience working with medium to large account budgets
-Strong attention to detail and QA skills, with a hands-on management style
-Extensive experience leading the creative and content development process
-Excellent organisation and time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
-PPC / Paid Search / Agency / Biddable / Marketing
-Understanding of audience targeting and how to use it effectively
-Understanding of scripts and how to use them to better the account performance and make efficiencies
-Comfortable with all bid strategies, across both automated/manual
-Strong commercial acumen, highly numerate and analytical
-Proactive when it comes to client accounts and personal development
-Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
-A strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
-Proficient with Google Ads Editor
-Proficient with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce

DESIRABLE SKILLS…

-Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video, Google Shopping)
-Meta Certified (Media buying or Planning)
-Tracking and measurement configuration and debugging capabilities

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS…

The successful candidate will be passionate about paid advertising, data-driven, ambitious and able to hit the ground running. They will be enthusiastic with a positive outlook, and a willingness to work hard - sometimes under pressure.
